THISI would guess "digital" tickets are just print at home ones. If that's the case the ticket is a pdf and names can just be edited easily

Careful. Was the same for Juventus, however when the person checking your name scanned the ticket and your name popped up on their screen.I would guess "digital" tickets are just print at home ones. If that's the case the ticket is a pdf and names can just be edited easily
For Juve it was made clear by the club and Alex on here that it would be like that. Nothing such has been suggested for this tripCareful. Was the same for Juventus, however when the person checking your name scanned the ticket and your name popped up on their screen.
If it's the same here, then changing the pdf won't work
Exactly! For Juve it was made clear by the club and Alex on here that it would be like that. Nothing such has been suggested for this trip
Ditto 2016 :0)Same, they apparently didn't check IDs when we went there in 2021 and those were paper tickets so I'm hoping it's the same.
I am hoping that they are still mobile.I would guess "digital" tickets are just print at home ones. If that's the case the ticket is a pdf and names can just be edited easily

This will mess a lot of people up including myself if soCORRECT :0)
Let’s hope that goalposts have not been moved??!! :0(
It is notable that for the Juventus game they made it clear and reminded us at every possible opportunity.Just tried to ring City about this and they are bloody unavailable all day on a training day... I might be wrong, but the Juventus page said you would be denied entry if ticket didn't match ID name. Doesn't say that on this one, it just says ID check? Anybody know a Newcastle fan who went last season to ask :D? I'll try ring the club first thing tomorrow and let you know what they say. So many fans were turned away at Juventus and the away end was dead, be a shame if same happens here for such an important game.
The stewards will be getting paid minimum wage to stand there cold and scan tickets, Are they really going to be that bothered in all fairness unless they really are trying to crack down on itIt is notable that for the Juventus game they made it clear and reminded us at every possible opportunity.
For this they've told us last minute once arrangements have been made, and even then it's only those that read the small print who'll notice. There will be plenty who rock up to the ground with absolutely no idea about ID checks
Good question haha, obviously everyone thought that about Juve as well but the stewards were having none of it.The stewards will be getting paid minimum wage to stand there cold and scan tickets, Are they really going to be that bothered in all fairness unless they really are trying to crack down on it
I saw that weeks ago. That’s what was originally said wasn’t it so hopefully we should have no issues fingers crossed! This is what was suggested, its was right for all the others so hoping its the same for those going.
