Courts have nothing to do with it, it will fail in England when clubs never can agree on anything but a token agreement.

Apparently you cant challenge it in court because you are invited to play in Europe so its there party and they can exclude who they want for any reason they decide

It depends on what grounds it is being challenged. Qualifying rules can still be illegal even if the tournament is invitational.

Doesn't matter. This is excellent for us. Whatever structure this PSG sponsorship deal has taken, we need only to clone it and they're fucked. Surely UEFA know it won't have gone unnoticed in Abu Dhabi. C'mon Sheiky. PSG are ignoring Twattini, the Mad Russian is ignoring Twattini, and now we need to do likewise. Lay down a marker in January and spend spend spend in the summer.
