Public sector pay rise

So consultants , who are already loaded , get a pay rise , while the people who work their arses off & keep the nhs running like my Mrs get nothing again , she hasn’t had what you’d call a pay rise in 10 years, a pay rise would be to the checkout till at ASDA.
The equivalent of giving generals a pay rise & telling the soldiers who do the fighting to fuck off.

Encourage her to get out mate,i suspect she feels a sense of duty and loyalty.......but it isn't reciprocal anymore - there's better money and better conditions out there,she deserves it.

Been telling her for years but the loyalty thing is exactly why they take the piss, she’s brilliant at her job & the consultants would be lost without people like her, she’s literally a couple of quid above minimum wage now.

Youre preaching to the choir mate,i know how awful it is and i know how much they take advantage.

Your partner owes them nothing.Let me know if she wants to apply for a 30k job/35hr week where she will be (mostly...) appreciated.
