Pundits/co Commentators?

Agreed -ex Dallas QB Tony Romo was a sensation a few years back actually predicting the Plays in advance in the Live NFL Games explaining his reasoning as it went along and was invariably correct.

Our game hasn’t got the same stop start aspect to it but surely getting someone who could explain the Tactics a bit better would help your average viewer see what’s going on let alone alighting some of us fools who reckon we know the score!!
 
Pundits now complaining about Brazil dancing while celebrating goals.
Oh yeah that's right I forgot football should be all about the pundits as they are the real stars of the game!!!
 
I found it slightly uncomfortable viewing last night watching Souness and Keane agreeing away with each other every 30 seconds about the good old days. With the lady sat in the middle getting talked across and pretty much ignored. I used to find Souness quite refreshing and honest but he seems to have slipped into dinosaur mode a bit recently.

They use the same spelling we did until Samuel Johnson thought we should latinise English and changed spellings in his dictionary.

However DEEEEE-FENCE pisses me off as a pronunciation.

Mrs Tourist, who hates watching footy, but will sometimes stay on the sofa when I’m watching, is spot on with the crap spouted by pundits/interviewers/commentators.
She cannot understand why none of them describe to, or inform, the people watching about ANYTHING you haven’t seen with your own ignorant eyes.
She also despises lazy questions, if indeed they are actually questions.
“Harry, you’ve just scored your first goal in the world cup, you must be feeling happy”.
‘No, obviously, I couldn’t give a toss’.
A little insight and inside knowledge would go a long way.
Some chance.
