Sacking managers every 12 month can't be the answer...............Well it's not worked for us so far

I think he should stay. He needs atleast a full season if not two under his belt and I'm sure we will see a major change in the second half of the season ... a good one at that! Plus the drama in the dressing room. We have a bunch of players not trying. They should earn there position every week and its that simple. Along with that other than 1 of his signing he has alot of his signing actually really trying! I was pissed off with him but at 1-2 points I did want him gone but I was in a bad bad mood. Now and for a long time I've been more sensible and this is what I have come up with.

Why ? Cos he says that his teams are always better 2nd half of the season, are we talking Wales or the amazing top 10 fineshers Blackburn ?

No were talking the amazing yo yo team that i love called city.

Let him do his job till the end of the season and just cos its pantomime season don`t believe that some magic wand is going to be waved and the last 30 odd years will disapear over night

Supporting City for 46 yrs i am sick to the back teeth of changeing managers lets give this one some time fukin 6 mnths its not time to sort his desk let alone a football club.Iknow we all expected more but things will come good given time we have the money so lets see what happens in the summer.
If players still dont come then obviously he dosent have the pulling power we need then get rid

+1 , don't think he'd have been signing Wayne Bridge if we were serious about letting
him go. As stated by many others, 6 months is way too early to judge, just let the fella
get on with job, ship out the deadwood, and bring 5 or 6 class players, and let's see
where that takes us..............

Definately think its too early for Hughs to go. Still another half of the season to go plus we're still in Europe. Sacking a manager every season is stupid. Give him some time.

absolutely STAY. Stability is everything! Bacon chops had three years of shiteness didn't he? and he had a degree of success. I would like to see Hughes build a dynasty (no shoulder pad jokes please) or at least have a chance at showing what he can do, after all, I can't see us in a relegation battle this season and for a City fan that is a measure of success :O)
