QPR Vs City Pre Match Discussion Thread

A big, big game tonight. I'm nervous, as I am with most away games. Obviously, if we play as we can, we will win. However, they're on a decent run in the league and aren't that bad on their own patch.

Leaving work at 12 and looking forward to a good day out.

Do you remember last season at QPR they came out like maniacs and threw everything at us? It took all our resolve to win that one. It won't be any different tonight. They played crap most of the season but were fired up v us.

About to make a move to London to see this one! Can't wait!

C'mon City!

Fat fuck Phil cheating bastard Dowd.

The **** will do everything in bis power to stop us

Fuck that 6/1 and 3/1 might be worth a bet with that fat fucker in charge!

Every chance we get tonight we need to score because I can see QPR getting a penalty so we need at least 3 goals

Sat in my company office on Marylebone Road and the whole team just walked past. Will try and catch them on the way back see if I can blag a ticket!

QPR have tightened up defensively of late...forget last Saturday when the reserves played. Redknapp will have em fired up & I'm not sure how we're going to line up without Kompany. It will be very tight.

With injuries to the defence Mancini might have to go with the 3-5-2 like he did at Stoke on Saturday or he could bring Nasri back in and go with this:

Hart

Zaba Garcia Lescott Clichy

Milner Barry

Nasri Silva Tevez

Aguero/Dzeko

I'm not sure if he would play Rekik beside Lescott in that formation.

Being blues means that it is hard to shake off the typical City tag and even though we are champions, the odd doubt still remains.

We are second in the league running into some kind of form whilst QPR are running scared.

An away win 0-2.
