Not a pop at our American friends, I generally love America and their people but it’s historical fact.
Historical fact is that successful colonies on the American mainland were established in the 16th Century. And Native Americans were there long before that.

Ah no, you misunderstood me. I'm not in London. Those figures were obtained off Sky news. I'd love to be there on Monday, but it just isn't possible, I'm afraid. To any BMers who will be there; I won't tell you to "enjoy" it, that'd be crass. But try to remember every moment of the experience. You'll be witnessing a historic state occasion.
