Wasps are alright

Almost every pest insect species has at least one wasp species that preys upon them , making wasps critically important in natural control of their numbers.

How do they know it's the biggest in Britain?! Make me laugh headlines like that.

As for wasps, well I fucking hate them with a passion. Can be sat in a beer garden enjoying a beer and they can make you like a complete fucking idiot, flapping your arms around like a mad man, standing up, sitting down, looking around like a fucking owl.
I got stung last year for the first time in my life. I have to say I wondered what all the fuss was about in regards to pain. It just felt like an intense singing nettle, not as bad as what people say. That aside though, one stung me for the first time in 33 years so I hate them even more now.

Lazy bastard wasps have been appearing on our stair carpet since about January... Bare feet not recommended. The big bastards have started appearing in the last week or so - easy to swat at the mo, but their mates will all be watching. I reckon they'll be after my ass around May/June.
