Scottish independence would look a lot like Brexit in reverse. They'll try and jump on board with the EU again but the obstacles and hurdles in the way will just mean they end up more fucked than they currently are. There are so many things they'd remain reliant on the UK for and it would be so difficult for certain obstacles to be overcome - trade etc if they did seek to re-join the EU. They'd end up getting fucked over by the EU and fucked over by the UK. Which makes it all the more likely they'll vote for it because, well, they're Scottish.
They would have no problem re joining the EU And would be welcomed with open arms, quite rightly ! Good luck to them.

If it’s Brexit in reverse then it’s a no brainer. Why wouldn’t they?
Wish we could do Brexit in reverse.

Not a fan of Campbell and retain severe misgivings over Iraq but cant help but think - after he warned them - Tim Stanley and Winston Marshall are skating on thin ice there.

I also think Bridget Phillipson feeling the need to throw in " I love my country " to an answer is pathetic - can't recall any Labour politician feeling to feel the need to say that on QT before - Starmers flag shagging diktat is persisting and they are getting it in the neck being seen to have " come around late to the party " does him/them no favours

Dehanna Davison spouting the manifesto she got elected on..............two and a half years ago...............jam tomorrow...........why are none of those bright visions now a reality?

Oh and leafy rural Richmond which has loads of farmers and game dealers on the high street is shortlisted for a nuclear reactor building plant? Hmmmmm would that be because 2 years ago he was CotE ? I know people here in rural North Yorkshire would much prefer investment and training in "local trades" like farming etc - maybe put the development behind Sunaks £2m home and see if he still thinks his constituency is crying out for jobs in the nuclear industry. All it will do is bring outsider in and do nothing for local employment
