Radamel Falcao Zarate

Same as Cavani unless we can sell Dzeko we don't need a striker no matter how good they are and whether they will improve our squad. I might be wrong but I don't think Tevez, or Dzeko are about to leave and for me this is just speculation, but this is what this forum is about.
 
I think dzeko will go before the window shuts and if we were to sign either cavani/ falcao I think falcao would be a better signing plus we have done business with A Madrid before

Manchester City and Chelsea could be beaten to the signature of Radamel Falcao by the biggest spenders of them all.

Russian club Anzhi, who are currently paying Samuel Eto’o in excess of £300,000 a week, are reportedly willing to pay Atletico Madrid close to their €75million buyout price for the striker.

Portuguese newspaper A’Bola claims Anzhi are ready to offer around €63m, just over £53m, for the Columbian forward in a bid to gazump their rivals for his signature in England.

Falcao only joined Atletico last season but he scored 21 goals in 34 league games and hit another 12 times in 15 games on the way to Europa League glory.

That form has drawn the attention of a number of Europe’s biggest sides and now the Russian club, funded by billionaire Suleyman Kerimov, have entered the race.

Any quality striker we are linked with means we have to either sell Tevez or Dzeko. As Tevez appears to be settled, Dzeko would be sold at a loss as we will appear to be panic selling.

Falcao would be a dream signing for us is better than cavani & RVP together
 
Strong reports coming out of Russia and Spain that Anzhi are about to table a €68million bid for Falcao.

He is one of the best strikers in the world but that price is outrageous.

His morals would be in question if he went there. That's about £60-62m isn't it?
