The Mirror "says" alot of stuff, but nevertheless, the likelihood of Chelsea not being interested in him for January is slim to none. And the fact that they have only one striker makes their interest even more serious.

They also won the Champions League, which paid for the majority of their summer spending spree, and also released some high earners off the books recently, with more possibly leaving in the near future like Cole and Lampard.
