Rag Cafe in Meltdown (merged)

odd how they say we copy anyone but the only fans they seem to copy is Arsenal ie. complete silence.

No fans really make their own tunes up anymore, they're all nicked as funnily enough over the years these are the tunes that have worked and have lasted.

No other set of fans would have bothered to nick the Poznan, no other comes up with on the spot humourous chants and songs like we do(that's a fact Rafa), and if you want originality then just listen to the 2nd best song behind Blue Moon in any football ground, hopefully the 2nd verse will catch on.

"oooohh Balotelli...."

Absolutely no merit in this 'achievement' at all. If I played a game of chess and was only allowed pawns, whilst my opponent had the queens, bishops, rooks etc, then I'd lose.

Tedious media wanking over this non-event today
Pawn sandwiches?

getting desperate are we rag twats?

Posts 19,099 Ok reality check time.

When we go behind and go all out for a win and it comes off we all love it.

If fergie had gone all defensive after evans red we would have moaned that it was not the united way.

When we lose we tend to do so big style

We gave the ball away far too much and you get punished against better sides.

It wasnt a 6-1 game as our 8-2 against arsenal wasnt either.

We all know midfield is weak

On the plus side we won the corner count and Chelsea lost as well.

Jonny Evans is not up to it plain and simple whenever he plays I get nervous

Only Fergie knows why jones and hernandez never started but hey ho.

Will he strengthen midfield in January ?? probably not.

City have a lot of difficult games to come

Brilliant, and how many points did that get ya lads?!!

How did that one go with Jose Mourinho and his coat coming from Matalan?

Bought the MEN today for the 1st time in donkey's years, and there's a cracking comment from a rag:

"It’s simple really; we don’t spend any money, so the quality isn’t there."

Err... excuse me?

Firstly let's get it out the way, yes, I'm bitter.

Bitter, but I'm also proud. Proud to support a team that has worked it's way up to the top of the footballing world through years of success. We are a footballing force respected the world over for the hard work that has gone into our achievements. Yes, we've spent a few bob along the way but we've also earned every single penny of that through money that is directly related to our hardwork and performances on the field. Every penny we spend isn't a sign of us "buying a title" it's a sign of our success in the past.

I love the rivalry we have with Liverpool, I hate them, but I respect them. The same went with Leeds a few years back and Arsenal now.

I don't have a single ounce of respect for you, nor Chelsea, both your team's "success" have nothing to do with any sort of hard work that has been put in over the years, it has nothing to do with any talent your coaches have produced nor with talent born anywhere near your club.

So, if you go on and win the league this season or next season, I'll be smiling in the knowledge that deep down, you know you can't really be proud of your team. Not like a United, Liverpool or Arsenal can of their team. So it doesn't matter how successful you are from here on in, you'll never have any real respect from any neutrals and it'll never feel anything like how we feel when we win something. All you'll have is the same empty feeling like when you are struggling on Football Manager so you edit the game to give to a few hundred millions, any success after that just feels wrong.

Mard arse.
Aren't they millions in debt?
Never feel like how they feel when they win haha. He obviously forgets we had to watch City go down into the 3rd tier not that long ago so he's got no idea how it feels to be winning now. Certainly doesn't feel like a computer game anyway the muppet haha.

This is how it feels to be City ;)

Fuck me, what a day.

Left Milton Keynes at 8am, hungover and tired. Stood on a train the whole way, no fuckings seats. Got the tram from Piccadilly to OT, mainly full of thier terrible songs (not bitter they do have awful songs). Great atmosphere and a load of beers in Sam Platts.

Out played by City for 75 minutes (good for the first 15). Easy to blame the defence but they literally got no support. Totally exposed time and time again. Correct decision on the red card.

Silva gave us a footballing lesson. What a player.

Least i was at Piccadilly again by the time the scummy twats got thier last 3 goals.

Something else we'll never know : we'll never know what it feels like to be hammered 6-1 at home in a derby.
