Rag Cafe in Meltdown (merged)

Oi, rags, you rags reading this thread:

the reason why people can't stand you is because you, the fans, along with your motorway shitting manager, your touting director, your clueless debt-carrying double-dealing Glazers and all of your media whores are twats.

You'd like to think it's because you win stuff. You'd like to think that. The reason though is you are a shower of conceited twats: it's no more complicated than that.

The arrogant idiots really can't understand why they are hated, it's nothing to do with "success" it's to do with some of the dick wipes who support them (although I count a few United fans as very good friends of mine)

As I said in a thread a while ago, there are United fans and there are Rags. Just as Chris Rock said there are black people and there are n*****s.
That said, good or bad, every one of them I know has been getting it with both barrels, sidearms, grenades, cannons and fucking bayonets from me today. See how they like it.
If you are a man, then you know that if you dish it out, you have to be able to take it as well. And not many of them can take it, their spoilt brat nature and deluded assumption of entitlement is off the scale.
You could probably measure the combined tremor of all those trembling bottom lips on the Richter Scale.

Just found this, you should not laugh but................

I've been supporting this club since 1968 and the pain I am in now, I can honestly say is among the worst I have ever felt associated with this club. Very sore, as bad as I've felt in a long while. Probably compounded by the fact my two young lads are distraught, they can't believe it.

They can't grasp the result, nor the magnitude of it. Really bad, words don't describe it.

The older of the two said "it's alright dad, we've got Sir Alex - he'll get us out of it, we'll come ... you'll see. we'll still be champions".

I 110% agree. You know the part that killed me though? The point of realisation where I said "fuck ... fuck."

When that man leaves this club, it's very probable that we'll slide down the table into a bit of mediocrity for a while. That's no slight on anyone, it just pays testament to the great man. We could be in for a turbulent period when he leaves - not that it's the end of the world, what I've already seen won't be topped in terms of how bad it may be, but after the better part of 2 decades at the top, it could be nearing a finish. Maybe not so much a finish, but a gradual decline.

I have no doubt we'll get back up and Sir Alex will lead us to glory, yet, but it's post-Fergie that has me very worried.

What did he say about the best teams, and cycles etc. etc.?

Could be very relevant.

Sad day.

It could be knee jerk, but a quick look at my previous posts says I'm not one to jump the gun (that comes with experience) but it's raised a little more than cause for concern.

I just really hope Sir Alex stays for a good few years yet and leaves us in the best position he can (no doubt) - just hoping that position is enough for the next manager to come in and build on.

In times gone by, potential obstacles and challengers were easily dismissed because we all knew Sir Alex would just keep chipping away and eventually come back. It's gotten to the stage where he may not have a whole lot long left and thus the doubt arises on how we will fare once he calls it a day, even if he temporarily does lead us to glory again.

Big challenges ahead, both in the short-term and longer term.

I'd take Wilshere over Silva

I'd probably take Modric too. Both of them are more well-rounded and useful at both ends of the pitch.

Silva's brilliant in the final third but doesn't do any of the dirty work in the centre of the park.

I actually think Anderson's performance at the weekend is a good example of the type of all-round central midfield display that you won't ever get from Silva and that you need if you're going to play with two strikers and two wingers, the way we like to line up.

Oh my fucking sides!! Please, it's fucking hurting now I'm laughing that much.

Has that skanky, blue hating woman mufcgal posted yet. She was frothing at the gash at the thought of the spanking they were supposed to dish out?
Unlucky, woman!

This man has never watched David Silva play outside of Football Manager.

Baldrick: Lord Melchett is very sick. He's at death's door.
Blackadder: Well, let's go and open it for him.

The other thing that hasn't been accepted in here is the fact City really do have a quality squad and a good manager

PENNY DROPPED..

3-1 I could have taken easily... all unbeaten runs come to an end, etc. But 6-1 turns it from "one of those things" to total and utter humiliation

LUV IT.....HEHEHEHEHE

hahaha that is fucking hilarious. is he actually saying silva needs to play more like Anderson? that is classic< it deserves a thread all of its own.

The thing i enjoy on that match thread is the amount of 'alleged' local reds who state they can't face going into work.

What are they going to do, tell everyone how disappointed they are with the performance they followed on their laptop whilst living a stones throw from the ground? These 'locals' are also the ones with the highest post counts which are probably mostly acrued during games.

Nice to see the 'I can't get a ticket' myth is still going strongly for the numpties to believe.

If they were that dedicated the fuckers would have got off their fat arrogant bitter arses and gone down to the ground.
