Fucking hilarious how the ****s can't wait for him to have a quiet game so they can jump onto him. He's achieved more in his short life than any of those lashing into him today ever will.

He's been one of our best performers this season. He's said himself that he won't be happy until he's doing it in all of the big games, but my word has he come on leaps and bounds this season.

There's plenty you can lash this season, but this guy isn't one. Pick your battles, pricks.

yep they are no where to be seen when he plays well, its as if they are dyign to log in and slate him as soon as he has an off game.

He's a good player but he will never reach the level some think he will. A bit like De Bruyne, completely overrated by some.

you can't actually be serious. de bruyne has been brilliant for us. why can't sterling or de bruyne make it to the very top ?? everything theyve shown this season proves they can

KDB has more assist this season that he had last season and there's still a couple of games left, Sterling has been brilliant this season. Pep seems to be working on the basics with Sterling - more crosses, more assists, more forward runs, once he perfects this then there would be room for improving Sterling's finish and shooting. He seems far more confident this season and could have gotten us a LOT of penalties sadly the corrupt officials always seem to turn a blind eye when sterling is fouled in the box. Give him one or 2 more seasons under pep and he would be a world beater.

De Bruyne has been brilliant at times for us but has been poor in equal measure. I don't think he has shown anything this season that suggests he will consistently perform at a high level. Sterling is exactly the same, nowhere near clinical enough when in good positions. It might be a mental thing with both that Guardiola can sort out but I don't think so.

i might be wrong, but hasn't sterling got about 20 assists ? he needs time anyway

A good squad player at best.Doesnt win enough games for us to be a great player like some we've had in recent years. He lacks a football brain at times and his touch is often shocking eg when we scored the second goal he couldn't even lay off the most simple of passes into de bruynes path. He's part of the overall problem we have of not being clinical enough which is why we are unlikely to win the league. He's not the only culprit though there have been a few this season.

He's 22. I'm not sure what enough games is but off the top of my head I can think of West Ham, Arsenal at home and Hull away where he forced the issue and it was his contribution that was most vital in securing the three points, there have been many others where he has been excellent and a contender for man of the match.

Or by the fact that as poor as he was(and he was today) the team was still leading 2-1 when he left the pitch and not many clear chances were created during the whole of the second half without him.

Well he didn't set up either of our goals today neither,so I don't get your point,in fact the attempted "pass" to De Bruyne that eventually led to Aguero's goal was an absolute disgraceful ball as well

Thought you might make an appearance tonight. Fortunately Sterling has kept you quiet for the most part of the season.
