you have to say well done pep for keeping sterling on when probably 95% of city fans wanted wanted him of including myself based on his performance today. One would not have been wrong in thinking he would have been the first sub. He is better of playing in the middle or right side then on left.

It isn't remotely ridiculous. As we saw with Sergio last season, goals alone just don't cut it for Pep and Sergio got 30 of them.

didnt sterling get like 20 odd assists last year ? he doesnt just provide goals does he.

Cos people have painted themselves into a corner criticising him for years so they feel they have to keep doing it. Won us 4 points in the last 2 games. Yeah proper shit player...

It is ok. As I said in a earlier post, he has to turn himself into a goalscorer and do what he did today. You can't get away with the level of performance he showed today without goals.

Good on the lad to have the mental strength to drag us to the win today, was woeful up until his last kick. His counter attack when he kicked the ball out for a goal kick was like pushing the wrong button on PlayStation. Blessing in disguise he's banned vs Liverpool (performances like Barry vs Villa, Nasri vs Arsenal etc) ?
