When did they turn on us other than usual match verbals. I been Anfield the last 5 times and have not experienced any nonsense. Even the year they finished second we walked a while to our bus and had no issues.

Seen worse at Everton 3 years ago when they beat us 2-0. They were loving the fact they had beat the champions and the so called money club they perceive us to be.

To be fair to the lad, if I was on holiday in Ibiza, surrounded by gorgeous women, taking loads of weak drugs, I wouldn't be rushing into handing in a transfer request neither. You'd probably have to wait until deadline day and even then, after a few months of women, booze and sniffing tippex, I'd probably forget to hand in my transfer request and end up having to stay at Liverpool for another season.

£150k a week would make Sagna one of the best paid players at the club, do you think that's the case?

We pay 2/3 basic, 1/3 bonus as a general rule according to Soriano.

So Sagna would be on £100k a week, and would have earned some of £50k a week bonuses. Not much I would imagine as we didnt win anything.

Believe Silva, Aguero etc are on more like £140k basic.

Papers invariably report our players wages that they would get if we win league, champions league, both domestic cups every year of their contract.
