This feels like a city info drop, Nothing on sterling's POV and every story focusing on him has him half out the door. Gonna have to pay him de bruyne rates for him to stay and we just shouldn't IMO. if city are prepared to do that based on a couple of goals after extended poor form thats a bit reactionary

Not a City info drop, Mike McGrath is not someone City go with, certainly if nobody else has it.

He used to be close to Sterling's former agent Aidy Ward, but that association to Raheem is over.

Raheem would not be telling McGrath a City slant, certainly because he wouldn't need to.

He would go straight to City if he was showing any inclination to resuming contract talks and he hasn't.

Sell him & free a spot up for Haaland & some much needed wages

We have players who can play a Sterling role not a problem

Jesus cameo last night is proof of that add Phil, Jack & Torres even young McAtee we are just fine

City have been resigned to losing him let it happen imo

He simply is taking up a spot that could be filled by a player who can perform consistently and deliver the goals we need. He's not done that for quite a while and I cannot see that returning any time soon.
Spot on.

His game has probably peaked and there isn't a prayer he will iron out the deficiencies we are consistently witnessing.Although last nights tap in will provide ammunition to disguise an otherwise underwhelming performance for some.

Hopefully,this clickbait is pure fabrication.

3 in his last 3 appearances one of which was a substitute appearance suggest you might be eating humble pie at the end of the season. I certainly hope so anyway, but I’m not convinced you will be just yet

The runs he makes in behind the defence are truly world class so he may well return to his previous goal scoring stats if he gets a run in the team, as he always gets himself in the right position to score

Fingers crossed anyway

Never write off a player with the ability to go to the byline time after time, and so many goals in him. He went backwards, but the conditions are most definitely there for a triumphant return to form.

Life is most definitely ups and downs. Sometimes you have to let someone's slide play out, and just leave them enough room to come back in style. The second half of the year, he'll be extremely motivated and focused on finding form for the summer, as well as securing himself either a regular place in our team, or a spot at another top club.

I get that Maly. Simple question if he were available today would we buy him?
