Cole Palmer perhaps?

That's obviously a joke, but for clarity, Palmer is not taking Sterling's, Mahrez' or Jesus's minutes. That's ridiculous. Doubt he'd even get Torres' (when fit) appearances tbh.

He may get more minutes than the handful of cameos he got this season, and he may well be an option in the odd league match and cup games. He is not replacing first team regulars that play week in week out.

Hopefully Palmer features more heavily next season, especially if Sterling departs.
Palmer looks like he's certainly going to he heavily involved in the first team under Pep and I'm hoping he can stay injury free next season and get game time. The problem is IF we lose Sterling we then lack pace in the wide areas along with his constant runs in behind. If Raheem does go it's goin to be a big ask to replace him.

Agree completely, despite some not rating Sterling, his pace will be missed, if he goes

Agree completely, how on earth anyone can say sterling is a legend is beyond me, he is the legend of spurning chances, I've said it in the past and he is fallen off the edge of a cliff similar to Steven ireland

Hilarious. He's played a massive part in Four Premier League titles, Four Carabao Cups and an FA Cup.

I've no idea how that doesn't qualify as legendary status. He's played as big a part as anyone in our recent success.

I disagree about that. He’s 27 and still a valuable asset. If he wants to leave then he should at least allow the club to receive a fee for him. This isn’t like Aguero, Silva or Dinho who were into their 30’s and towards the end of their careers. Sterling is still in his prime years and we should receive a fee for him.
Sterling owes the club nothing and going off how he’s treated by the fans both in the stadium and online, he doesn’t owe them anything either.

He's our second top scorer In the modern era. When at his best he's world beating. I do think he's past his peak but deserves recognition for what he's done here.
