I'd take Gnabry to replace him.
Was watching the Germany game and Gnabry is a pretty solid player, not Sterling fast, but has decent pace.
Good dribbling and finishing ability, with good over all awareness and passing.
Would take losing both Jesus and Sterling to go for us to go after another player imo.

The club should learn from Porto when they forced Fernando to renew his contract instead of moving for free to City.
Tell Sterling, If you are not willing to renew or leave now then the stands are waiting for you.
If he cares about the world cup as much as Fernando do, then he will not run his contract.
