I know he is worth more than that. I’d take 45 mil with 1yr on his contract left.

Really struggling with the logic behind this move if it happens. Tuchel has struggled to get anything out of the wingers there - so what’s the attraction to Sterling?
Plus.. Sterling’s better playing off a focal point striker and Chelsea are trying their best to shop out the only one they have. Whereas we’ve just bought arguably the best out there? Weird.

Firstly, he would be far better than the rest of Chelsea’s forwards. They lack pace up front and quality, Sterling would give them that. Plus they also have the psychological plus of taking a player off of a rival.

Almost put a £100 bet on him going to Chelsea as his next club 18 months ago when there were first inklings he might not sign a new contract. Odds were like 25-1 or something. Rationale was that he could go back home to London, stay in the PL and the Spanish clubs wouldn’t have the cash or might not want him.

Yeah bit of a strange one. Jesus leaving, Mahrez 1 year left on contract, Foden will play more in midfield if Bernardo leaves. All the opportunity for Raheem to lock down that RW position.

Can’t see many teams giving him more than the £300k a week he’s on now, will probably move on a free in 12 months.

Werner is the fastest forward in the PL and Pulisic isn’t slow.
