Unfortunately, there wouldn't be that many quality candidates playing 1st team football in the prem nowadays.

Even Zinchenko would miss out as he is 22yo, god I feel old right about now :(

Zinchenko was 21 at the start of the season though, if the criteria was 18-21 he'd still have qualified.
