For someone whos been watching the football from the 60's and says sectarianism doesnt exist in England, you're quick to forget Chelsea's links with Rangers and C18 too then? The Liverpool and Everton rivalry that would sometimes spiral into petty sectarianism in the 60s and 70s, The UVF flag that was apparently in our ground in 2007? (accused of, at least), or the City/Rangers flag that use to be hung up in COMS, or the frequent anti-scottish posts on this very forum, not to mention the fat balding arseholes at our last friendly with celtic doing their usual NF shite?

You must have a memory of a goldfish. But aye, okay, sectarianism doesn't exist in England. You keep believing that. Most English are rightly disgusted with it, doesn't mean it doesn't exist.

Pro Celtic??? You are having a laugh mate! I appreciate I have posted a lot in the Gers threads but the reason I have not been as dissenting over that other set of scumbags is there hasn't been any threads about the fcukers.

I cannot stand either of those two clubs from Glasgow. Mired in bigotry through religion, with football more often than not secondary. Makes me sick.

I'll tell your a story about Rangers. When they got Boumsong on a bosman free they sold him to Newcastle after 6 months (jan transfer window) for £8.5m. I know for a fact that Rangers the club received £2m of that £8.5m the rest went between the the player, his agent and both clubs managers and chairman. This is just one instance of taking money out of the club, if this transfer is anything to go by then no wonder thery're skint. Sounds just like what happened at Portsmouth to me, too many fingers in the pie!

So let's leave Bluemoon to City talk and let fans of Rangers and Celtic worry about themselves.

well having been to the 2 friendlies in recent years in glasgow, i cannot praise the ordinary folk i met highly enough.

be them rangers or celtic they were welcoming to a man.

and like it or not, i cannot think of many clubs who can call upon the vast away followings that these 2 clubs take all around europe.

both places are cathedrals of football, and both clubs suffer due to the level of scotish football, but i would sooner have a trip to either of these places than some of the sterile retail park football grounds that plague modern football.
