Just about feel ready to pop in here again.
So did I, first time I seen it was in here last night lol.
No riotingfor rioting and mayhem.so its the councils fault oh right ok
Kinda makes our 5-0 pumping last week look not so bad. 5-1, ended as a club, again.
No rioting
No mayhem
No vandalism. OK there was a phone box smashed and a pictures of a car windscreen smashed.
Loads of rubbish
No facilities so people were pissing in the streets.
No real injuries other than wounds from police batons
No trouble near the stadium or in the stadium
Manchester council were well warned not to encourage ticketless fans to travel. Despite this the mayor was quoted in the press COME ON DOWN!!
Much could have been avoided if they had taken up the offer from Lancashire CC ground and put screens up there! They refused the offer and Lancashire CCC missed out on what would have been a decent pay day
It was so poorly organised the larger fan zone was for Zenit supporters ffs!!
The council vastly underestimated the size of the club and its fan base. We have supporters clubs in most English cities and larger towns
Just watched the goals. PSV's 4th looked a bit offside as the player in front of the keeper appeared to be the last man and tried to play the ball.
Champions League? Fuck that you’ll be getting pelters from about 2-30 pm onwards on SundayI know a guy, if any of the Bears on here want a contact number. I’m here to help. I’m getting all these in as I know come the CL I will be on the receiving end as we move up to the pummelled chamber.
I am not sure you’re really in touch with where Old Firm fans see themselves regarding Champions League.Rangers have done reasonably well in the Europa league this last few years. I think the expectations of Celtic and Rangers fans in the CL are simply unrealistic. I always get the impression that both clubs fans over celebrate the occasional good result against Spanish and Italian giants and the odd over hyped "Battle of Britain" games.
In reality both clubs are no bigger than say Fenerbahce and Galatasaray who like them only make the occasional foray into the last 16 of the CL.
Had to spend that on the repairs of the things your rabble damaged! We pumped £30 + million into your city.
Not Rangers fault your council were not prepared
Now imagine that visiting your neighbourhood 2 times a year. Not in same volume but more concentrated. A treat.Had to spend that on the repairs of the things your rabble damaged!
It’s strange that you blame the Council for not being prepared when they prepared for that day well, with the setting up of the public squares to hold all the travelling fans. In the defence of Rangers fans in court, no blame was placed on the Council and it was actually the GMP who were accused of heavy-handedness for the cause of the main unrest. So you appear to not actually know the reason why.
Earlier than the screen going down even happened, Rangers fans set off fire alarms in the Arndale, stole from newsagents and shops, pissed in shop doorways and on top of bus shelters in the middle of the day, damaged bus shelters and street fences, gave shit to passing locals and smashed up Paramount Bar on Oxford Street.
And later in the evening, local residents cars were being smashed up by Rangers fans on the outskirts of the city centre (I lived in City Road East at the time and one had its windows smashed and was attempted to be set on fire). Seems to have no relation at all to the Police’s tactics or the made up notion of the Council not being prepared, it was just acts of cuntiness by utter cunts.
Dream on. You’re utter shite. I’m expecting we have the same amount of fans in the stadium by halftime. ;)Champions League? Fuck that you’ll be getting pelters from about 2-30 pm onwards on Sunday

I was in town at a gig that night. The aftermath of those backwards violent cunts was like something from 28 days later.Had to spend that on the repairs of the things your rabble damaged!

Are you Stevie Wonder? Does a Zenit fan being stabbed not count as trouble? As for the rest I won't waste my breath. No rioting

Come on you have to admit it was a disgraceful night associated with Rangers no matter how many travelled down.Zenit fans fighting themselves doesn’t count
You would be wasting your breath
It was a shit show from start to finish.
It’s no coincidence your City has not held a final since
200,000 Rangers supporters in Seville up against the Spanish police and not one single arrest
