Rangers Thread - 2023/24

I take it Rangers fans never enjoyed watching Xavi for Barça and Spain? They don’t like a backwards pass much do they?

You get used to the cheating SFA bastards

Poor defensive header and poor line management by the two central defenders. Compare the distance achieved by the defensive header with the distance achieved by the offensive header, just bad clearing.

I lean towards Rangers but I’m currently in O’Shea’s on Whitworth Street and it’s wall to wall Celtic. Glaswegian and Irish accents everywhere.

Remind me keep very quiet if they equalise.

Not for me. Rangers player plants his foot and Celtic player kicks it.

Great finish for the Celtic goal.
Plants his leg across the player, no different to when the player runs across it.

Just because it's a kick the tendancey is to say he's initiated contact but the Rangers player hasn't played the ball and gone across the player and impeded him playing the ball.

Plus Kris Boyd tears are delicious

I'm not a fan of either team but it's not much of a derby atmosphere since their squabble about away allocations, was more fun when one end was given to the visiting team.

You have to at it hahahaha

Don Robertson has reffed 43 Rangers games and we’ve won 28 ffs! Only second old firm game and we rarely drop points in this league

Reffed 32 Celtic games and they’ve won 29

It's weird, and (in my opinion) wrong that a goal for the away team to score, and it to be greeted by silence in the stadium. Away fans should be in the stadia. Much as we hate the rags, the looks on their faces in the 6-3 were priceless. Plus, the feeling you'd experience winning at the home of your local rivals surely can't be beat. Come on old firm/SFA/Glasgow police, get it sorted.
