Just released the third top. It’s a retro version of one of my favourite Rangers tops. Too old to be wearing football tops but I am tempted lol
I’ve couple of City retro tops. The white one with Navy vertical stripes when BROTHER were sponsors and 1976 League Cup Final top

That isn’t the Hamburg fans at Ibrox. They were in the corner. No 8 was saying our first four signings were non entities. I watched you today. All of yours are second rate. I can safely say not a single one of them I would want in our squad. Overhyped pish as per. Enjoy the season. No matter how short it has you contending for the title. We have still a few to come too. Can’t wait.
Feck sake sir, it's a pre season game where some have only just made a debut after training for a week or 2, you are as bad as No. 8 if you are judging them that early.
Speaking of your signings, do you not have a bit of a problem with non home grown spaces in your squad? I remember reading an article in May where you were basically at the limit and would need to buy in a 1 in 1 out basis?

I think you could be right about home grown, all our academy players are nowhere near good enough. Not a single one of them. I don’t know what we will do. As for my assessment. I watched the whole game. You did too. Are you happy with what you saw?
Didnt think it was great, but I also know not to read too much into it being pre season, trying to put a new team together, some making first appearances, a couple coming back from long term injuries, some kids such as a 16 year old playing 2nd half.
It was a bitty team with a bitty performance.
Let me put magic right. He was praising these young signings as if they were great additions. I asked who place they take in the starting XI and I don’t think that’s be answered …or I’ve missed it
My point is we have no idea how good bad or indifferent they are until we’ve seen them in competitive action but I did watch the Odin YouTube highlights and they were awful. God knows what Magic saw in them. Once more that’s not me writing him off as these highlights are never a good indicator
Anyway on to Rangers. First time I’ve seen them as I missed the Newcastle game. Watching the match just reminded me why I never attend friendlies. Piss poor game. Nobody stood out. Finishing was abysmal. Maybe I’m getting a grumpy old man but not excited about new season. Danilo is a must

Odin did not look awful ffs. Look at his pace, his passing, his dribbling. If you think he’s hopeless I despair. Well not really, it seems that you see things that aren’t there in your own players and miss what is in ours. This lad is class and I now take it upon myself to remind you of your folly, probably until the world ends in fire. Gunner, how would you rate this lad?

I’ll say it again. If that is his career highlights and you think he looks a great player then your dafter than I thought. Those clips showed you nothing!
As for our new players. I’ve seen nothing and read nothing that excites me. Time will tell and I’ll give them time but I’m not the one creaming myself about players we know nothing about.
Another thought regarding yesterdays friendly. Why did we allow Kevin Clancy take charge? Also he didn’t disappoint with some typical Clancyesque decisions. The one to give the foul against Hagi when he nearly had his shorts ripped off him was just staggering!

We can disagree on Holme, as always we need to wait and see. As for your new players, none gave me the fear. I thought Sima had a poor game, Lammers is a grafter, the rest jury is out. I thought, if they have anything about them, in front of a full house, woukd be the time to put it on show. Bottom line is, they didn’t. Kept hearing about you upping the tempo. Didn’t notice, at times slow and ponderous. Some good moves though, but not enough and not sustained. Later in the game you let a pisspoor Hamburg get at you. They could have drawn the game.
Young Rice looked composed. Sees a pass makes it. No fuss, calm, liked him. Salaka lacks that composure required to make his good runs effective. Must drive you nuts. Keeper looked fine, wasn’t really tested though, so, hopefully he’s pish. For all your celebrated, much vaunted height, you did fuck all. Tavenier got dispossessed too many times and defensively is a liability. Especially in your CL qualifiers. If you were playing an actual team last night his errors could have been goals. It’s a balance for you. He is a threat going forward and scorers free kicks snd your penalties, for they are legion. Tough call.
I think most of you were disappointed, again too much hype raised expectations and they just weren’t met. That’s not to say they never will, but you get a feeling don’t you?
Looks a bit of a baller of you ask me, although a lot of the dribbles seem to end up with fouls. Interested to see end product, but he's a skillful young lad.
I do get No 8 point about where these guys are going to play mind you, I'm not sure if any of your signings displace who you have in your team just now?
