Rangers Thread - 2023/24

Alf No 8 is ok. Him and I like to go for each others throats from time to time, but he hasn’t any hair so go easy. He has a beard though, so not all bad. There are forums for many teams on here. Ok I will grant you we get a bit more tetchy and stuff, we are Glaswegians. I am not sectarian, I can’t be arsed with that. I’m an atheist, so my view is two groups arguing about interpretations about a non existent figment. Do I lose the plot and write stuff and have a go that later I re read and shake my head, yes I do, but you know that when it comes to all our teams we can lose the fucking plot from time to time.

I am on here for a simple reason. My uncle who I loved dearly was a maniac City fan and I was brought up hearing all about you. When we drew you in the CL I came in to see what you lot thought. I was Clarkied to fuck and found it hilarious so stayed. My kind of people was my thoughts when defending my corner.

No 8 is a Rangers man but I don’t think he is a bigot. Hating us as a team isn’t a bigot, I hate his team but my best pal, cut the big twat in half and it’s the Rangers crest. You don’t have to be sectarian.

Every time I post something and I come back in my first thoughts are, what’s that **** No 8 replied. He never lets me down. Nor I him I’m sure. I bet thought that we both could have a pint and a laugh. Him talking shite and me putting him right.

And lastly our teams aren’t as good. We know that, but having grown up with a City man, I know you weren’t always great either, you got investment, which I am delighted about, we haven’t. We support two massive clubs who don’t have a pot to piss in. We know where we are, and long for a different reality where we have the resources to make us a force. Our supports dwarf most if not all other teams in the UK. But that isn’t enough in the world today.

I haven’t read one sectarian post from No 8, Gunner, or Mancity Loyal, and they haven’t read one from me. We argue about refs and cheating and shit like that, but so do you.

I mean Rangers are my 2nd team, yes the football may not be as good as what City are playing but right now but jeez.

Huge night ahead. I’ll be honest and admit I fear the worst. They are not unbeatable and I reckon we ll score but can’t see anything other than a comfortable PSV win.

Hoping you Lot win! I really enjoy watching Rangers and Celtic plus beating PSV would be good for the Portuguese league.

Rangers always tend to find a way in Europe so here is hoping it happens again.
 
Will watch this tonight, won’t cheer on Rangers directly, but come on the coefficient, I’d like to see us to get Rangers in group stage though

The marking at the back has been non-existent.

They left De Jong on his own a while back and you’re never going to get away with that, even though PSV are pretty average.
 
They piss poor Rangers can't keep the ball losing it in dangerous positions can't see them coming back from this manager be sacked next week after Celtic beat them at the weekend
