Cant say I'm that outraged by either shout tbh
The fact is the keeper has a clear view of the shot. The only player in his line of sight is a Dundee player. Keeper actually makes a great save that he wouldn’t have made if Diomande was blocking his view

The penalty would have been soft in the extreme but if you block a shot on goal with your arm there’s always going to be a shout

It's not a clear view mate. If Dio is not there he could arguably have dived earlier and held it instead of the parry. I can see why it's been called off. Other way round we'd probably be aggrieved if not ruled out.

Been far worse calls against us in recent times.

You mean like Idahs goal that went right through Maeda?

The only way it is offside is if Diomande is blocking his view. He is literally two yards (at least) to the side and pictures show that the keepers view is not affected by Diomande

We will have to agree to disagree

Always worry when Murray is on. Dangerous player

The balls gone straight thru Dios legs as well btw which is a factor too.

Agree to disagree yeah. Ive switched over to City now. Haaland wearing Chermitis boots today by the look of it.

It’s actually not. The only issue is does he get in the keepers eye line and pictures show that doesnt happen at anytime

Anyway Winning away at Dundees not for everyone….

Switched over to see the penalty. Why it took the referee so long to give the decision is a mystery. Absolutely clear cut decision

Especially when the evidence is clearly laid out before you.
Again. Someone with too much time on their hands work…..

decided to check using AI to get a comparison over the last three seasons and the results were frankly staggering.

================================================================================ ⚖️INDEPENDENT CONCLUSION: ================================================================================ ✅PATTERN DETECTED: The data shows a consistent statistical pattern across 3 seasons:
1. Celtic receives 20-35% FEWER yellow cards per foul than league average
2. Celtic's opponents receive 20-35% MORE yellow cards per foul than league average
3. Celtic receives significantly fewer red cards (often zero) compared to league average
4. Celtic's opponents receive 15-280% MORE red cards per foul than league average
This pattern is: • Consistent across multiple seasons (not random)
• Statistically significant (deviations >20% from baseline) • Directionally aligned (lenient for Celtic, harsh for opponents) VERDICT: The statistical evidence supports the existence of a systematic bias pattern favouring Celtic in disciplinary decisions, whether conscious or unconscious. ================================================================================

point 2 is particularly worrying in that teams playing Celtic have a 20-35% increase in yellow cards compared to matches against other teams.

  1. It controls for team behavior — these are the same teams, same players, same season... but they get carded at a 25-35% higher rate when facing Celtic compared to their other matches.
  2. Red cards are even more extreme — opponents are getting sent off at 3-4× the league average rateagainst Celtic. That's not explainable by coincidence or playing style alone.
  3. The trend is worsening — 2024-25 shows the widest gap yet, suggesting the pattern is becoming more pronounced, not regressing to the mean.

Long , LONG, overdue but welcome news….

A club source also told Sky Sports News that they have "been reviewing officiating trends across multiple campaigns and see the latest incident as part of a broader pattern rather than an isolated mistake".

Maybe have a look at this one. But no, its all about Trusty killing Butland. Fucking laughable you think you get a raw deal. Pathetic delusions.

On the bright side it’s not as cold as it has been but watching this turgid shite is depressing.

I’ve read about this and if first half my end of the ground. Got to be honest and say I’ve no recollection of this at all but if those pictures are correct then that is a penalty for me.

Thought the referee had a shocker today for both teams. I’d also say he didn’t get much help from both linesman.

I’d also add that Rangers could have had a penalty after a two handed push on Diomande (iirc) but possibly softish

Anyway truly dreadful game and one that won’t live long in the memory
