Forgot Livramento. Not sure he's achievable tbh but I really like O'Reilly too and obviously Ake will still be around.
O'Reilly is still under 21. So he won't count either way. I had Akw gone on my list.

Think we should move on from the mostly injured. It unbalances the team

People might focus on the fancy flicks and controls, but the bit that caught my eye was when he paused play and came back to recycle possession. In an instant, he could see the bigger picture and knew England held the advantage so better to go back and retain possession. That's the kind of thing Guardiola appreciates.

What a magnificent footballer he is. We would be absolutely crazy not to go all out for him now we've missed out on Wirtz.

Thats why i excluded Rodrygo. We have lots of very talented players that need to rise. So best we not add their yet and see what levels they rise to.

,,.........................Haaland......................
.......Marmoush.....................Foden............
.................Reijnders....Cherki.............
..Ait Nouri.,............Rodri.............Livramento......
...............Gvardiol...........Dias.....................
.........................Garcia.....................

We have a few wildcards:
Oscar Bobb and EcheMessi ) I want to see what they have before crowding the attack any further) both can play the Cherki and Reijnders roles

True wingers: Doku, Savihno.

True CMs neckups: Gonzalez, Kova and Gundo.
Tears did you just watch Nobbins on YouTube ?

Apparently off the ball we’d have to use 433 off the ball.
Marmoush Haaland Cherki
Reinjders Rodri Foden
Nouri Gvardiol Khusonov Livra
GK

It’s still very versatile and creative.

Obviously got bags of talent, but doesn’t seem the quickest or look like he’d help out defensively. However, he’s young, incredibly creative and two-footed. Could be just the maverick we need in the middle. Also, £20mil is great value.

Still can’t see how we make room for him, with the other priorities and players linked to fill those. Priority positions

the word "Maverick" springs to mind when watching this guy play...he has a bit of tevez about him in that he is strong on the ball and seemingly is comfortable to play anywhere along the frontline/attacking midfield - either wide or central it doesnt seem to matter. Great dribbler and hard to knock off the ball.

Seems a very good player but also deosnt seem like a Pep player....

At 30m he is definitely worth a shout though - just seems such an unlikely transfer for us however

if only he had Tevez's pressing in his locker.

If he comes it's because Viana is taking an axe to our current midfield options.
He needs to take an axe to fit Reijnders, and Ait nouri and possibly a right back. at least 2 of our midfield would need to go in addition to KDB , even if they agree to go not sure who goes to another midfielder. He can axe all he likes if they say they are staying then they are staying.

He's obviously got bags of quality but does he have the work rate and mentality to play for City?

If there's one manager who could instil that into him it's Pep, but I just can't see us going for it.

yeah heard he can be a bit lazy at times......

Again this is so anti Pep....

However he also looks very exciting, amazing close control and strength on the ball....Maybe Pep could change his work rate.

Never seen him play. My concern, based on the price, is that City's strategy still seems to be shopping in the yellow sticker fridges!

Hey, I do it too -- and I eat a better diet than 99% of people!!

But, for a club aiming to be cream of the crop, it strikes me as a risky strategy...

The market is more complicated than a shopping aisle, I know. And I know nothing about Cherki. It's just my intuitive feeling...
