You never could appeal red cards in European competition.i am not 100% you can not appeal the red card because of VAR they must have looked at and agreed with the referee, they shown it on BT and its not only a pull on the shoulder but also trip, nailed on red card and last man stopping a scoring chance good luck over turn that

I have to disagree with your suggestion that passing is Rodri's weak point. His passing stats are monumental. He made Prem history against West Ham - 178 successful passes from 188 attempts. In another game, can't remember who it was, I think he had a 100 per cent pass completion - from a high total number.what many don't see is the work off the ball rodri does and he is a man mountain big and strong and hard to push of the ball, ok maybe his passing is a weak point at times but you can see he is a thinking type of player and always wants the ball so i bet pep's first choice when he picks the team is rodri, and without the likes of rodri KDB and the rest would be working so hard that they lose the magic and them moments of magic that wins you games
