I'll tell you what I want as a Barça catalan fan.

I want Real Madrid winning 1-0 until minute 94, last minute.

Then Rodri will scores 1-1. Must be Rodri, born in Madrid and Atlético fan.

And must be an illegal and unfair goal. Must be the goal more fucking unfair in football history.

I don't know. Maybe Bernardo Silva grabbing Alaba making him judo and Rodri driving the ball with two hands, and shooting goal, just 1 cm behind the goal line, not even touching the net.

A goal just for less millimeters than neurons Sergio Ramos has in his brain.

But I know you don't want that, as real Manchester City fans.

You want maybe 0-4, Foden, Foden, Foden, Foden, and very soon.
That sir is just BRILLIANT lol.
I'm sure our supporters would have similar feelings if other teams from England were involved - but with them being on the losing end.
I'll take the 0-4 at the end for us though thanks :)

Think the team picks itself 1 major decision is the false 9 jesus sterling or kdb??

Ederson

Cancelo
Dias
Laporte
Zinchenko

Rodri
Kdb
Bernardo

Mahrez
Jesus
Foden

A nice controlled win. 1:0 at half time, another early in the second. A third on the break as Madrid panic on 75 mins. McAtee, Mbete and Lavia on for minutes by the end. De Bruyne and Rodri with their feet up for the weekend.

Thank you.
You're not a City supporter are you ;).
We all know, even after the last 10 years, we're waiting for that "typical City" moment.
(Leave the Beach balls outside the stadium everyone - they'd still manage to get through the netting and down the 3 tiers to the pitch :D)

I fear the 1st goal could decide this game so ffs come on City and score 1st

City dont need any passengers in this game, I'm seeing calls for certain players to start after one average performance.

Considering injuries and available personnel 3-4-3 might be the best approach. Cancelo's last few performances at right-back have been championship standard, I don't know how he can give the ball away so many times and still start games, Pep needs to seriously have a word with him. This is why he was dropped toward the end of last season, his performance against Leeds with the loose passing and slip was abosoulety diabolical. Vini Jr will expose him.

Laporte can do what he does best (passing) and avoid what he does worse (defending) in a back three central posistion, Ruben can play as RCB and support Cancelo against Vini Jr and also track Benzema when he drifts wide. Ake at LCB can also defend against Benzema and Mark him in wide areas. Rodrygo is an average player Zinchenko can easily handle him and also support our build up play as LWB.

The conundrum with this setup is that Jesus or Bernardo would have to drop out, do you play KDB with Rodri in the middle? Or take out Jesus and play KdB or Bernardo as false 9?

Mentality has to be this game is 0-0 then play our normal game. I really don’t think it matters to our boys if they are home or away. It won’t be as hard as atletico away what ever happens

Pep won't be doing any of that, for a start Ake is potentially out so that leaves us with 4 defenders (Cancelo, Dias, Laporte, Zinchenko).

He's not going to start playing 3-4-3 for the first time this season in our biggest game of the season. It's not a computer game where players just adapt, changing system means the players have to re-learn where everyone is going to be on the pitch, it can't be done in 3 or 4 days.

We’ve not played with a 3 all season and you think we now try it in our most important game? Jeez

Mahrez completely rested yesterday. Must be in Pep's thoughts for Wednesday. I think Pep wants to go for this. I mean win the second leg, and win it handsomely.
I agree, a start like we had last week would be perfect.

Whatever happens we just need to be focused and keep it tight at the back, as they have to score.

We seem to relish the big games though and with Kev, Mahrez and Bernie ( I know he came on late) all rested yesterday, we will be ready.

3-1 to us with Mahrez, Kev and Jesus scoring.

COME ON CITY!!!
