You do, like you say three times all against big teams is not a coincidence. Compare what they've done to get to the final to the dippers. Just have to hope they have one more zombie resurrection performance left in them if they need it!As gutted as we are you have to admire it.

I respectfully disagree. We scored 5 goals over two legs. We score plenty of goals, or at least plenty enough. We lost the tie because we conceded more goals than the opposition. That is down to the fact that our defence is aging, fragile and sits in front of a keeper who is great with his feet, but has the hands and conventional goalkeeping prowess of Mary Berry.Hard to take but football happens like that sometimes. We can question the keeper, the defending in the last ten minutes or so but ultimately football can just do that to you sometimes.
What I think does stand out over the two legs is that when it matters, at the highest level, the lack of a striker has bitten us on the arse. We just never killer them off because we weren’t clinical enough in front of goal.
Tbh, that’s the most disappointing part of tonight Pep taking off our best player . Rodri was a magnificent tonight. As for Sterling that’s not peps fault, that’s down to Sterling for being utter garbage when we needed him the most.course it’s pep….. thought we were coasting took mahrez rodri off and brought a panzy on and 37 yo….. but NOT peps fault…….
