Real Madrid (H) CL Post-Match Thread

Very impressive win tonight from the boys. Mature performance, the like we needed to see more of in Europe. Looked comfortable for the majority of the game and always looked like we could up our level if and when we needed to. He wasn’t alone, but thought Walker was excellent tonight, looked like he wanted it. Loved it

We absolutely deserved to go through but please dont tell me Gundogan was integral to that

You need to learn to enjoy your football without feeling the need to display how clever you are at tactical analysis.

Pep picking Gundo is a sign... you moaning on is a BORE.

Big difference in his game tonight. I often criticize him cos he hides and plays it back but today he was showing for the ball and more importantly he was turning and driving us forward. Though he was a different player. More of the same.

Because he isn’t flash. He makes space, takes the ball, moves it on, time and time again. Reads the game very well, uses the ball very well. Some people (a) need to moan and (b) need a scapegoat. It’s always been like that
