Real Madrid (H) | CL SF 2nd Leg | Post-Match Thread

I was actually pretty calm about this game, same as I was for the arsenal games..

I always felt we are better than them. Last season we were, we could play that game another 20 times and that ending wouldn't happen. I didn't ever feel they would beat us over 2 legs this time.

Even so, that was a hell of a performance. I don't think any team in history beats us tonight. The Barca team of around 2009-11 would've given us a real game, but them aside, our performance tonight would smoke any team I've seen.
 
Just a reminder that if not for a combination of dumb luck and world class quality between the sticks for Real Madrid, this tie could have finished 8-1 on aggregate.

Let that sink in.
 
Brilliant performance, especially in the first half. This was much more like what I expected in the first leg. We’re the far superior side, and it showed today. It’s just a matter of time before we win it.
 
In the big games Bernardo usually puts on a masterclass and he did again tonight! By his high standards I didn't think he had a great game in the away leg and was wondering if Mahrez or Foden should have started instead tonight... I should have known better than to doubt him. What a man and what a performance.

Total domination from City from start to finish. Incredible team, let's go and win the bloody thing now!
