Similar happened to me. Let me in at 9am randomly, let me choose but wouldn't recognise me and kids as members - then bounced me back in the queue to 33k at 10...

for those unable to get more than one ticket, make sure you’re allocating the ticket to their membership and name. same thing happened to me for the bayern game but it let me eventually
