I think there will be loads of people who were at the less sought after group games who have missed out, I know we have. The reason people are annoyed is more because the way it was handled speaks to how the fans are viewed by the club these days, simply bums on seats and preferably ones that will go via the club shop on the way in and way out.

It's the reality of where we are and I don't think it will change. Pep hasn't moaned about the fans recently and hopefully someone tips him the wink to not to come out with statements about the fans getting behind the club because it comes off as tone deaf.

The club is well within it's rights to focus on fan engagement from a revenue per head metric / perspective, but what it can't then do is complain if the fanbase that strategy creates doesn't then exhibit the other forms of commitment they'd like to see.

Any info about that yet? Derby games always insist on previous attendance, presumably for security reasons, as it's pretty obvious the fairness reasons count for nothing.
 
Unfortunately, I could not get one, I waited for a long time in the queue and received an e-mail about my chance and time, but when I entered the website, it said sorry, not ticket available.
 
The way the tickets have been sorted for Real Madrid at home is appalling! I was on the site at 9:30 ready for the 10am sales. When 10:00am came around, I was 33,000 in the queue out of 34,000 only to be told after an hour of waiting that the event was sold out. Now, I can totally understand this if it was done fairly.

You have allowed any Cityzen member to purchase a ticket even if that person brought a memebership this morning or yesterday! This is a complete joke of a decision! I have accumulated over 1000 points being a member and before last season averaged 6-8 games a season. I live 3 hours away and this season and last season I have attended 25 games including a few away games thanks to the supporters club I'm involved with. I did all rounds of the FA cup too and Munich at home as well. I say all this to build a picture of the type of fan you're leaving out.

With the lack of restrictions and rules in place, it means a Madrid fan or a Haaland fan (not City fan) can get tickets instead of me with no points history or no attendance history! How is that fair?
Half and half scarves everywhere and no atmosphere this will ultimately lead to! You are losing your hardcore fans because of these decisions. Read the forums, Bluemoon forum in particular to get in touch with the fans who really support this club!

got through to the hospitality and only had the shitty vermillion packages available, not paying 300 quid for a £30 quid chinese and a unknown location ticket.
 
Not one for me either been waiting since fucking 10 o’clock, total bollocks how they haven’t even just done a date restriction on membership, before the Leipzig game for example or even beginning of the season is a joke.
 
Keep trying throughout the day and then maybe 3/4 days before the game. Tickets do tend to pop up just need to time it right or be dedicated to being on the site and here quite a lot
