It's alright mate you wouldn't be able to buy a ticket anyway, unless your name's Manuel and you signed up to be a member last night.I keep refreshing and the odd one comes up but I can't get in quick enough :(

How many memberships do we actually have?, is there a chance these have actually gone to genuine fans who just got lucky on the queuing system and the Etihad just isn't big enough for the demand on these games ?
Madrid is going to return around 1.5k tickets from their away allocation. Generally speaking, it's not Madrid fans buying tickets in the home end. It's other City fans.

tickets was already on sale in that end I thinkDo we know when?
It’s the “double whammy” that for some City fans is hard to take. There’s many that would have been in the season ticket sales period to buy (guarantee) a seat only they couldn’t because they can’t get a season ticket. In some ways there’s no reason an sc holder who has chosen not to be on the cup scheme should have priority over a Cityzens member for games like these, in many cases the latter may have much more history of going to games than the former, more points etc but just cannot commit to a full season of matches just like the sc holder hasn’t committed to the cup scheme.I think it's unfair to presume that thousands of blues missed out because of tourists/Madrid fans/neutrals.
The reality is that every City fan wants to watch the match. The stadium only holds 54k. We probably could have sold 80k/90k for this game.
