Alas Tuesday I'll be in Madrid so last thing I'll remember is I must spend 4 hours on mobile I'm afraid :-(
In that case I'd be buying it manually and telling City they owe you the difference.Alas Tuesday I'll be in Madrid so last thing I'll remember is I must spend 4 hours on mobile I'm afraid :-(
Oh joy :-)The payment run will take place on Tuesday now. Apparently there was an "error" when they first ran it. A message on the website to the effect of "there has been an error with the cup scheme payments, please bear with us, apologies for any inconvenience" would have done the job, but that's too easy, isn't it?

Standard reply. I had exactly the same...Response from club regarding criteria for Madrid home game ….
“Thanks for getting in touch.
Please find details below released by the Club regarding the sales criteria for our UEFA Champions League Semi-Final match vs Real Madrid.
The purchase criteria for this match was the same as the criteria for our UEFA Champions League Semi-Final match vs Real Madrid last season, and matched the vast majority of the club’s home matches.
After all Season Ticket Members had been provided with a priority window to purchase a ticket, all Cityzens Matchday Members had the opportunity to purchase one. In line with our ticketing policy for all home matches, Cityzens Matchday Members did not need previous purchase history to be able to buy a ticket.
The only exception to this rule – whether in cup competitions or the league – is when the match is designated as high-risk from a security perspective. This was the case for the Bayern Munich match. As such, fans had to have previously attended one match at the Etihad Stadium to purchase tickets for this match.
Where we have evidence that tickets are listed on third party websites, we will take appropriate action and cancel those tickets. “
