Reminds me a bit of how Chelsea played Barca
Tight defensively and a little luck here and there
Real will not be able to press for 90 and we will get some chances second half
Happy with it so far.

spot on - mark tighter, double up on Ronaldo and STOP giving the ball away!

Its hard to even comprehend how pathetic that first half was, we were like chickens in a wolf den
Madrid won't be able to keep this rhythm all game.
i would be just happy, if we didnt miss every second pass and become more aggresive or may i say, show more passion. we look afraid why? we are no worse than madrid.

We are playing smart, sometimes you have to size up your opponent instead of going in all hyper charged like a kamikaze pilot.

Absolutely. Some people don't understand that though.
I was fine with the sitting back attitude, but in the opening 25 mins I think we kept the ball for more than 5 passes less than 5 times. That's what was worrying.

We got ourselves into a counter attacking rhythm towards the end, which is both promising and dangerous.

We should be taking more care of the ball when we have it, I agree. Chelsea won the champions league playing like this last year, another 45 like the first and I'll be happy.

Time for my proper tactical insight. We're sitting back and soaking up Real Madrid's attacks, we're doing quite a good job of this. In the second half Madrid's energy will start to drop and we'll see a few more Y. Toure runs which will be matched by more support from our lads who sat back in the second half.

Basically, we're going to nick this.

At least we are there! Madrid have been great but not scored. If we can catch them out or sneak a draw, as long as we don't lose, it will stand us good!
