Real 'make Aguero top target'

Re: Duncan Castles: Aguero unsettled

i'm not HUGE on the idea of getting ronaldo, but him being involved would be the only way i wouldn't be upset about losing sergio to real.

maybe if they gave us both higuain and benzema....

So only after 1 year in England there are rumors that he is unsettled.

Argies, Argies, Argies.

I remember United going through all that with Tevez and Heinze.

I think you best hope all these unsettled stories dont reach dutch waters as you'll have much more worries than us if that happens.Without doubt this close season you will be getting to hear all about all the clubs he's signing for and you'll be itching a little in your seat and you'll no doubt get a few snipes on here just like the one above you've added and in a few other threads, don'y worry you card is marked for some digs later when the sories about your beloved RVP are written.

Has RVP put pen to that contract yet because you don't want to be going into next year with him being in that final year do you.
I'm being honest here and no joking I hope he stays at arsenal but if he doesn't sign I can see him going abroad and there will be a big rush for him if he continues next season like this one.I'd be slightly worried if I was an arsenal fan.

Heinze settled very well in the North West, which is presumably one of the reasons he was keen to join Liverpool at one point.

Re: Duncan Castles: Aguero unsettled

Do people still not understand journalism? Fucking hell, stories like this have been going on for nearly four years and people still react like "oh, I hope this isn't true!".

Were you all on Mars when Sergio said these words just last week;
I was able to adapt quickly to the team and to the Premier League. That was all due to my team-mates, the club and especially the fans.

We have had a great season but there is so much more to come from this team. I’ve been told we’ve broken historic records and that’s already an achievement. I’ve also learnt it’s important to respect our progress an on-going process.

As for moving to England, my family and I feel we’ve adapted really well to living in Manchester and we haven’t been here for too long, either. The staff of the club and my team-mates have been very supportive, especially Pablo Zabaleta who has been here for quite a while. Everyone has made us feel like home. We still would like to know the city better and maybe visit the outskirts more, but we don’t have too much free time in our hands.

Why wait until next season if we can win it now? I can promise you that we’ll be fighting until the very end. We all want to make it and though it won’t be easy, we believe we can win the Premier League this season. Winning titles is about never giving up and we will never give up. I want to win it this season and then many more with City after that.

Are people really so thick that they look at an article that is just the opinion of the writer with one quote at the end from Maradonna that was from last October and think it's true?!

Spot the fuck on.

It is inevitable. Hopefully he will stay as he stated in the interview on MCFC. If he does leave, I wouldn't have a bad word about him. Treated the club with nothing but dignity.

Real Madrid have made Manchester City striker Sergio Aguero their top summer transfer target, according to reports emanating from Spain.

Sky Sports' Spanish expert, Guillem Balague, claims Real are ready to offer Gonzalo Higuain in part exchange in a bid to lure Agueroaway from the Etihad Stadium.

Aguero has been a major success at City since arriving from Atletico Madrid last summer, scoring 24 goals in all competitions.

The Argentine is thought to have been a long-term target for Real and reportedly turned them down in favour of City last summer.

However, Real are refusing to give up on the 23-year-old with the Spanish giants making a forward their priority when the transfer window swings back into action in the summer.

Real are hoping to tempt City into doing business for Aguero by offering fellow Argentine Higuain as part of any deal.

City boss Roberto Mancini is thought to be an admirer of Higuain, but he would be loath to lose Aguero following his success this season and doubts surrounding the futures of Carlos Tevez, Mario Balotelliand Edin Dzeko at City.

Aguero last month rejected rumours linking him with a move to the Bernabeu, but it seems Real are ready to continue their pursuit of the player this summer.
