Realistic outcome now for rest of season

I've I'm being honest I think 3rd / 4th in the league, lost to dipperpool in the cup, out to Chelsea in the fa cup and qtrs of the CL.

Can't see us making top three and will be a struggle for top four.

May make the final eight of Chumps League but wouldn't bet on it.

Looking forward to the new breed of City that starts over the summer.

Lets face it we need 6 or 7 injury free players of real note to come in and get us back to playing as a team.

There is alot of doom and gloom isnt there? As for the Prem league, Leicester have got the upper hand and key to this is their lack of other fixtures. From where they are they should see it through, but lose a few key players to injury, come up against a few sides needing results to stay up in the last month of the season and they may wobble...much can happen, but the smart money has to be on them at the moment. Arsenal and Spurs have got Cup distractions too and Spurs Thursday cup participation could cost them a few points.

Agreed Chelsea will likely see us off in the FA Cup, and the Klipperty dippers in the League cup could beat us but I have a feeling we will give them a seeing too. Champions League a semi final is my guess but that will really depend on injuries.

All the stick the manager and players are getting is in my view a little harsh as our injuries have been quite extreme and regardless of squad size that is going to bugger any team up to some degree, imagine if Barca had the equivalent to key players this season, they really wouldnt be looking like the unstoppable force they currently do.

Im still hopeful of landing the league title and bagging the league cup, fuck it :-)

We've got 3 points out of a possible 21 against the top 6;

On the basis that you generally don't beat the teams that finish above you, we'll be doing very well to even finish 4th at this rate. I said the same last season just before we went on that unbeaten run after the derby so let's hope we do the same again. Otherwise we may not even finish in the top four.

I am absolutely cheesed off at the minute but were still the favourites to win it in my opinion.

Still the best squad, the competition is nothing special. An injury/fatigue or loss of form to Mahrez, Vardy, Kane, Alli and the picture changes considerably.

The closer it gets to the end of the season the more likely sides will set up differently against Leicester. Yesterdays result could be the start of that process.

Humiliated at wembley humiliated at chelsea humiliated of kiev and finish 4thnin the league because of a clueless fucking manager

Given what happened 2 years ago and 2 years before that, I'd have imagined that our fanbase would know better than most how silly it is to declare all is lost with 13 games to go.

Now with Arsenal winning , Europa league is in sights.. We have no momentum flare or energy and it's like the players are playing for nothing. Sure big whoop we are in all 4 comps but at what cost?
