Realistic outcome now for rest of season

Win the league, lots of games left before anything is sorted and the league cup. Still confident. When Vinnie is back things will pick up

But right now there is absolutely nothing pointing to us even getting 4th... Injuries yet no signings, no form, no passion, nothing. Worst we've seen in sometime now.

No form? That was our first loss in 8 or something like that. I am not even willing to think we won't get top 4 that is a complete nonsense. The only slight concern I have for our team is Pel's insistence on playing Yaya in a 2. Yaya is the best City player since Bell but he is on his way out and playing Delph on the left and Yaya in the middle in a 2 is stupidity. Fingers crossed Vinny comes back for a bit longer that a few minutes this time but I'm still convinced we will not only finish top 4 but top of the lot.

Funny, people said that back then too.
I've no confidence in him to turn this around the whole feeling of the team is flat and has been for most of this season apart from the first 5 games and the odd 20 min spells here and there in others . I'm not feeling it like I did when we won the leagues with the help of other teams messing up .

Well to be fair people were saying that we would still turn things round and win the league last season and in Mancini's last season on the basis of what had happened previously but we didn't. For me the difference is that in both seasons where we have won the title we had good long spells where we looked like potential champions in terms of results and performances, so despite some negativity near the end because we were relying on others to slip up, there was at least reason to think we could go on a decent run. In the two seasons where we haven't turned things round, personally I think we never looked like champions at any point in either. This season feels very much more like the two seasons where we didn't win it to me. You never know for sure though and I still hold a little hope that if Kompany comes back very soon and stays fit that we could go on the decent run that we need. If he doesn't I just can't see it, we can't even string 2 wins together.

I'd be happy with the LC, top 3 and Quarters of the CL. I honestly dont see us getting past Chelsea in the FA Cup. Onwards and upwards next season with Pep and Lionel :)

I think Kompany is crucial, maybe even more off the pitch than on it. Him & the senior players need to get together & drive the team for the run in. The manager is pretty much non existent now, he's a ghost.
Any City 11 is capable of giving any other team's best 11 a game imo. The players should take over & get the job done. Our domestic opponents are nothing more than average.

Much as I want us to win the league, I'd be happy with that, preferably second. Leicester look like they are gonna win it now simply due to their number of games compared to the rest.

why play a weakened side at Chelsea? Surely our chances of winning the fa cup are better than champs league Nice to have a much needed rallying call from Aguero this AM on twitter Our LC final success depends on if we allow the scousers the freedom of Wembley
