Probably pedantry but I think only City can "win" in this case because we brought the action and the PL has already implemented its rules. The best the PL can hope for is not to "lose". So, if we have any success at all we've "won" the case. As far as I'm concerned, if the PL don't lose...

Never recalled loan players, because the manager was sacked.
Never claimed that the rags were the better side for most of the game, despite being beaten 6-1.

A rag said to me about a month ago, do you think you're bigger than utd, bigger than Madrid?

Nobody supports City who doesn't live within 20 miles of the ground, he told me.

It was in the middle of a heated discussion about the 115, and it was someone I didn't really want to fall out with, with him being family, (through marriage obviously) otherwise he'd have been drowned at birth.

I just laughed and walked away.
