Red Cafe in meltdown

All thanks to Txiki and Pep.
City really wanted Sanchez, and he would have been great.

Mourinho didn't want him. Ed Woodward got wind of City offering him 250k per week. And he offered him 350k per week. He went for the money. This backfired massively, because De Gea had a clause in his contract that he would have parity with the highest paid player at the club. So he immediately got a massive pay rise.

Sanchez turned up, and they already had Rashford and Martial playing off the left. Sanchez found himself not even first choice, because Jose didn't want him. He ended up playing striker behind Lukaku, coming on as a sub.

This was someone who had just scored 30 goals the previous season for Arsenal. He was better than all of them. But when you don't show someone the love, they give up.

He would have been a legend at City. Playing off the left, with Aguero through the middle. Mahrez on the right. Goals galore.

When does a team in bottom 6 buy 2/3 quality players then are talked about they will probably push for champs league spots

I spoke to a United fan last season who said that he thought they were in with a chance of the league title. I said to him that they finished thirty-one points behind the winners the previous season and he told me I was ignoring their progress, like in the cup competitions. There is no arguing with stupid.

I think it's often forgotten how well City have played the rags in the transfer market.
City say we are after so and so ( City arent really ) rags than panic and offer more money the crap player goes to rags.

Nowadays City don't need to do this as rags can do this on their own now lol

I never thought I would give the scum an ounce of credit for anything whatsoever, but, they really did learn to buy shite upon shite after our transfer market shenanigans had them running around like a contestant on Supermarket Sweep. :)
