ref for tonight.

He doesn't get us or the Dippers that often. Looks like he's only got the Dippers once in each of the last 2 seasons and they've not got much out of the games. This season with him they've lost 4-0 to Spurs and 1-1 at home to Blackburn.
 
Mike Jones is an absolute weapon. Sent Zaba off at the Emirates last season for no apparent reason.
 
^^ And once again, he proves he's an absolute weapon. The penalty was probably the only thing he gave us all game and the sending off was an absolute joke.
 
Got to laugh when a ref is as bent as that and he still can't stop us winning 3-0.

Some unbelievable decisions.
 
I posted this in the match thread, but think it's worth repeating :)

Both of them also appear oblivious to the obvious!

The way he tried to ref the game, apart from the pen which I was surprised he gave, you could be forgiven for thinking he had a hospitality box at Anfield. The reffing honestly gets worse. How Charlie wasn't booked, let alone sent off, why it wasn't a pen when Skrtl played netball, why Barry was the hapless recipient of two yellows, and every time we made a tackle The Dippers get a free kick, is beyond any effort to comprehend. Dzeko was fouled constantly by Skrtl - and the more he got away with it, the more he ratcheted it up.

Marriner got dropped 'cos he didn't send off FatFrank, so we get a useless piece of horse manure, ill-equipped for the rigours of reffing a PL match. I've seen much better on Hough End.
