Did you even watch the game? Tierney had about 5 chances to clamp down on nasty challenges and failed to do so each time. It's totally on Tierney that Dallas might be out for a year. I'm just glad it wasn't one of our players

I don’t think they do it for brown envelopes, I don’t think anyone asks you to do anything but the refs know the score. If you send Mane off against Newcastle for a foots up challenge your career will be in tatters.

There's been a trade off off entertainment over the actual Laws of the game in certain matches as we've witnessed a few times this season.

Had the league been played correctly we'd have been champions last month.

Some clubs notice this and get away with #ThisMeansMore.

How old are you you childish fuckwit? Of course I watched the game. Blaming an incompetent referee is just a typically cheap way to absolve players for their behaviour. Dallas was consistently reckless throughout the first half - consistently reckless by his choice and his alone.

Whilst the ref could and should have booked him before that tackle it was the players choice to going flying in the way he did, he has no one to blame but himself.
 
Tierney was complicit in allowing the Leeds thuggery. The thuggish behaviour was entirely down to the Leeds players, especially Dallas. Just pleased it wasn’t Grealish with a broken leg, because if that happened it would been job done beers all around. Hopefully if Dallas recovers he learns a lesson and stops being a shithouse.

He was given carte blanche by Teirney to do whatever he wanted. Dallas was going to up the ante at every opportunity until he got booked (which never happened). The referees number one job is to protect the players. Tierney failed as a referee yesterday and was the catalyst of the injury. Dallas was just doing what Dallas does it's up to the referee to stop his nonsense when he starts

I maybe paranoid here but I'm sure the officials have allowed the shithousery to get worse since the Athletico game. Or maybe I've just noticed it more since?

As for Sky. We've given those cunts TWO dramatic last minute final days. Sergio and Jesus getting us the ton of points.

Think you could be right, looks like Atletico raised the bar and have given our domestic rivals ideas. Maybe opposition fans will be given special dispensation to carry sticks to hit the City players with, why not? there was no effort to stop or even comment on those bellends yesterday.

No don’t agree sorry. Dallas had the choice to not be a thug of a player. Would he have made the tackle if on a yellow probably not but he shouldn’t have made it regardless and he did.

Blaming the ref is like blaming the police for a car crash because they didn’t stop a speeding car before hand. Dallas took a risk and lost.

You're admitting he wouldn't have done it if yellowed earlier which he should have been. That for me says it was extremely poor refereeing. It wasn't even one yellow prior it was several he missed

He is just a shit referee who is weak and relies on the bloke in his ear to tell him what to do! He booked a Leeds player early on for a pull back on Foden I thought right he is going to stamp his authority on the game! Guess what never booked another Leeds player we got two and we made 3 fouls to there 13.

He is a useless kunt.
