Ref Watch

Was at the game so hard to be sure. My take on it at the ground was both pens were pens, offsides impossible to judge, sending off wrong due to double jeopardy, the non sending off of 2 Fulham players wrong, and his inability to do anything about the time wasting was pathetic and disgusting. Reading on here it would appear that the 2 disallowed goals were right as was the sending off?

However it looked to me like Perreira and one other should have been sent off and the complete lack of interest in trying to stop the time wasting was as disgusting, corrupt and inept as it looked. Even in the last few minutes of normal time the keeper strolled slowly across his 6 yard line, put the ball down, then picked it up and walked back to where he’d come from and put it down again, and the corrupt **** wasn’t even watching.

It’s this consistent lack of attempt to control time wasting that shows either the corruption or complete incompetence of the officials. They simply aren’t any good at what they do and it’s really bad for the game

Bit harsh on the ref that, he clearly stood there pointing at his watch every time Leno took 3 days to do anything. It clearly had the desired effect as Leno took that as the signal to keep doing it and take as long as you want.
Yeah, how many actions from a ref, or no action at all, just gives hardened pros the green light to carry on traducing the LotG.

Didn't know Wayne Bridge had taken up refereeing!

Just seen that dirty ex-rag tackle on Rodri: red card all day long, no attempt to get the ball.

Dirty bastard.
'Kinell, that's exactly what I thought when we got a close up of the whistling wanker. I would like to think that OUR Wayne would do a better job than the dreadful performance we suffered yesterday! Ninety fuckin' minutes plus added time of total ineptitude.

I must have missed it but why was Silva raging about his shirt being pulled? i saw the foul on him that the ref waved away claiming City advantage, which he had to or send of the Fulham player, (last bit bit blue tinted glasses).

Double jeopardy on pens only applies if Cancelo looked like he was trying to win the ball via a tackle. Red card correct imo

Anthony Taylor was literally covering passing lanes for United against Villa. Stopped a very promising counter attack all by himself. 6 minutes of stoppage time for barely less than 3 minutes of stoppages, meanwhile there were 7-8 minutes of time wasting and injuries in our game... 5 minutes.

Yeah I realised that after Richard. How do you think the ref handled Fulham’s time wasting, and do you think they should have had any red cards?
