He literally took three-to-four full strides with the ball in between his feet, and Eddie ran out to block his possible shot, probably not even seeing Fernandes running in.

That is impacting play and preventing defenders from playing the ball.

And, of course, PGMOL have come out and said it was the correct decision because they could not find any “reason that Rashford was impacting playing”.

It’s a farce.
