Terry Christian and John Aldridge say he was our 12th man.Does anyone seriously believe Mariner fairly refereed our game tonight?
Well it certainly rhymes with anchor :)The referees an Anchor
Didn't think there was much difference, we breathe near an opponent, free kick, they foul one of ours, nothing given, until it's 3-0, then even the stats up by giving nothing free kicks in our favour.Fucking shit again tonight. Marriner almost as bad as Moss. Almost.
The "race" is over, it's now a mere canter. We are witnessing the last desperate attempts to keep the title race alive. Sad cunts.
Ha ha. Genuinely made me laugh... Unless it's true!!!Terry Christian and John Aldridge say he was our 12th man.
Yes, and bad for football, ruining it and all the other city bingo cliches. We'll only truly know it's in the bag when all the post-match questions for pep are about the clubs finances. The "race" is over, it's now a mere canter.
There’s no stopping us now we’ve got the wind in our sailsHe couldn't stop Fulham shipping 3 goals though...
Serious question. At 0-0, do we get that penalty for the foul on Torres? Hmmm.
Clearly Marriner had covered his bet with a city 0-3Serious question. At 0-0, do we get that penalty for the foul on Torres? Hmmm.
If you watch the spin on the ball afterwords with the Hubble telescope, you can actually see that he did.Wouldn't say he got every decision wrong tonight. I reckon he gave us about 1 in 5 of the actual fouls committed but at least he did give the penalty as even PGMOL would've been embarrassed at missing 2 in a row. No doubt someone will still come along and say Tosin got a touch on the ball though ;)
I said in the match thread that Mariner appeared to be wanting to let the game flow, letting 5 or 6 go for them... right up to the point that City committed anything close to a foul, and then he blew his whistle. After 8 minutes Lookman had already ran through from an off side position and the lines man did not raise his flag, City also had a player running through from an off side position and the lines man raised his flag straight away, i have got to admit at that point i though here we go again with one set of rules for us and another for the opposition, as it happens they affected the game very little, the lines person has affected City`s results over the last decade far more than refs mainly because no one remembers the names, anyway Marriner was shit as usual clearly he hates Jesus
Depends on the ref, we got one at 0-0 at Klanfield.Serious question. At 0-0, do we get that penalty for the foul on Torres? Hmmm.
