The ref was absolutely fine. No issues at all, reffed it well and even refused to buy all the diving and overreacting which is a rarity now. Anybody blaming him needs to go look at our starting lineup again.

On the face of it the ref had an ok game which given who it was and the standard of referee that’s a good game

However no proper replay of the hand ball and what looked like possible constant fouling of our wider players perhaps his game was not so good

Also looked like he wanted Chelsea to win it at half time as the players came off and same as they went back out

Give over fella. We could have had HRH in the middle, with Khaldoon and Txiki as linesmen, Ferran as fourth official and that Berrada fella as the VAR official, and we still wouldn't have won.

Why is the ref to blame for you not seeing a replay of a potential handball? What you see is purely down to the TV company he's not a bloody TV director. Var looked at it, it wasn't a handball, it was done quickly as everybody wants. As for the fist bumps, he did exactly the same with our players pre-match.
