Thanks, i was confused as they didnt show the linesman , tbf i wasnt the only one either . My default with twatwell is he is a **** !

That's because he is.

He's a shite match official and we default to that setting. Statistically he had to get one right for us and that was it.

Bottom line is that there is no way it should take over 30 seconds for referee and assistant to decide if there was an offside offence. With or without VAR.

I find it hard to believe you are calling one of our best up and coming referees a ****.
Sorry, I meant I find it hard to believe Atwell is considered one of our best referees. Him and Oliver, a man so scared of making a decision he denied us three nailed on penalties in a derby about 10 years ago.

That doesn’t surprise me at all tbh, I’d expect us to be at least close to the top. I don’t think it equates to being treated more harshly.

I've been keeping an eye on refereeing stat's this season, and the only match where I recall the fouls to yellow card ratio was the same for both teams was the Brentford game, but then we 'committed' 3x as many fouls having slightly more possession.

Also seems to be a lot more stat padding this season.

We seem to attract more fouls against in games when our possession figure is way higher than the opposition, which is weird.
